I joined Ip1 Magazine, a youth media and arts organisation from Ipswich, in November 2008.
IP1's mission is to do everything possible to promote the most original, talented, ambitious and best creative young people in Suffolk. To do this they run a successful website, where local talent's work is presented in the Show Off, and put together a magazine that is distributed across the county every 2-3 months.
At IP1 I have become involved in producing the magazine through attending weekly meetings and critiques, where as a team we decide on the writing, illustrations, photography and design that are put into each article and feature.
I am currently creating interactive Flash animations for the website to make it an exciting place to explore. We hope to be putting them live on the website shortly.
